Coming Soon! Live cattle sales for custom exempt processing and freezer beef sales Who Are We We are currently dotting our I's and crossing our T's to start selling beef to the public. We have British White cattle, a choice breed for beef. They are 100% grass-fed with no added hormones or antibiotics, and raised with respect and care on our pastures where we follow National Organic Practices (but do note we are not currently certified organic). We are also planning to offer grain-finished, with certified organic grain, beef sometime in the future. We will be offering live cattle sales for custom exempt processing to our customers living close enough to either pick up their cow themselves or to choose a local processor for us to deliver their cow to. We are about to have 2 local processors that are usda beef certified for us to offer freezer beef for sale as well! This beef will be frozen, packaged, and sold in the same way as consumers purchase beef in the store. We will have plenty of information on both options here on this page. There are pros and cons to each option, and we're very happy to be able to provide both to our customers. Beef prices have skyrocketed in the stores lately, and this is a great avenue for both farmers and consumers by cutting out the "middle man". It's also a great way to know more about the food you eat by having a closer relationship to your farmer!
